1. 47.53 could be rounded up. It'll dip below 47.5, tho.

3. 5 through 9 and 50 through 99 always rounds UP. It's not "really" 47 until he falls to 47.4

Go, Mitty, go, GO -- we know you can do it!

4. Use IRS rounding - anything after the decimal is discarded

So 46.53 = 47%

5. Technically, the term that you are looking for is "truncates".

All digits after the designated digit are discarded.

So 47.53% can be truncated to 47.5% if going to tenths of one percent and it can be truncated to 47% for reporting to the nearest whole number.

9. So glad most of the country saw thru corporate whore Mitt

He would've handed the country over to the power hungry greed weasels who bought him. It is great to know that most of us could see through him. So funny to hear him flip flop on issues as if he'd say anything to get elected. So nice to know dumbasses like Schlatter spent millions on trying to get him elected. And failed! I love this country!

14. Locking - not Latest Breaking News

There's no link, and this is not an event that has happened yet - it's a website waiting for it. This could be a thread in GD or Politics 2012, however.

Thank you.
