Scott Brown rejects Richard Mourdock’s rape comment
Source: Boston Herald
October 24, 2012 WATERTOWN - Republican U.S. Sen. Scott Brown is distancing himself from comments about rape made by a Republican Senate candidate from Indiana. Richard Mourdock said during a debate on Tuesday that he believes when a woman becomes pregnant during a rape, "that’s something God intended." Brown told reporters during a campaign stop on Wednesday that he is a pro-choice Republican and does not share Mourdock’s views. Asked later if he still supported Mourdock’s candidacy, Brown answered that was up to the people of Indiana. Mourdock on Wednesday stood by his statement but added that some people had twisted its meaning. He said he abhors any kind of violence. 20. I see
|
the Boston Herald endorsed Brown and Romney even though President Obama is favored in that state. That should give any Democrat in that state a clue. They talk about bipartisan and then portray this guy as apologetic to the actions of his fellow Republican. The Boston Herald is perpetrating a fraud on the citizenry of this state by supporting Scott Brown and not Warren. I hope the Democratic Party soundly reject this man as the imposter he is for bipartisanship. He is only a rubber stamp against President Obama or for the extreme GOP Party. It makes no sense to support this guy if he supports Mitt Romney. It is ironic, they criticize Obama care when they have the same system supported by the Federal Government. That is hypocrisy at its worse.
