Crossroads uses Eastwood in newest ad

Source: Politico

Clint Eastwood is back.

American Crossroads is out with an ad this morning narrated by the actor, whose empty chair speech became a highlight of the Republican convention in Tampa.

"In the last few years, America's been knocked down. 23 million people can't find full-time work, and we borrow $4 billion every single day, much of it from China," he says in the ad. "If someone doesn't get the job done, you have to hold them accountable. Obama's second term would be a rerun of the first and our country just couldn't survive that. We need someone who can turn it around fast and that man is Mitt Romney. There's no much time left the future of our country is at stake."

Whoring himself out to Rove's group, and pretending the economic crisis didn't happen before 2009 - Clint just pissed away what little shred of dignity he had left.

A sad end for a pathetic old fool.

Durn those lib'rul celebrities and their not staying out of politics!

2. Charlton Heston went out the same way.

Bitter, pathetic, senile, and ranting to the very end.

4. I would like to ask Clint Eastwood one question.

Mr. Eastwood, you are obviously very concerned about the national debt and think Mitt Romney will do a better job, can you please explain how Mitt Romney's five trillion dollars of tax cuts and his two trillion dollars of additional defence spending will be paid for?

5. Mr. Eastwood - those 23 million could be hired tomorrow

if America would address its problems and fix the infrastructure and prepare for the future. But one party has totally stopped any attempt to do so. Want to guess which one?

9. And using basically the same script

as the Crysler commercials. This just shows that Rove and company were really pissed about the commercial. This is Eastwood kissing the shoes of his pope.

10. Clint - Act Like You Care About America For Once

You are a great actor Mr. Eastwood.

As far as politics go, helping billionaires rape our families isn't cool.

Why don't you look in the mirror Clint, and ask yourself what the GOP has done to help my struggling family.

I dare you.

Make My Day.....
