WBUR Poll: Warren Leads Brown By 5
Source: WBUR
BOSTON — A WBUR poll of 516 likely Massachusetts voters (PDFs — topline, crosstabs) finds Democratic challenger Elizabeth Warren leading Republican U.S. Sen Scott Brown, 48 percent to 43 percent. -snip- The last time pollster Steve Koczela surveyed voters for WBUR earlier this month, he found Brown ahead by four points. -snip- “When you go from a four-point lead for one candidate to a five-point lead for another candidate, it is a meaningful change, definitely,” Koczela said. -snip- Warren’s line of attack seems to be working. In our latest poll, she now has a 13 percent lead among women. -snip- Read more: http://www.wbur.org/2012/10/24/warren-leads-brown-poll The article also shows vote preference with leaners, and when the leaners are included, Warren has a 6-point lead, 50 to 44.

Have been focusing on the angle that a vote for Brown is a vote for repub control of the senate, which seems to be working!
Lat time, a lot of people were mad about Obamacare, Coakley was kind of unlikable, and there were no other races. They felt 'safe' it if you will, voting for Brown. If people voted on personality again, Brown would win again*, but thankfully there are more important issues for people to think about. Anyway, go Warren!!!! *I met Brown, and there is no denying he comes off as a nice, genuine, friendly, outgoing type of guy. But his eyes seemed...Shifty. Darty. Like there was some pretty intense calculations going under that perfect hair. |
