Media mogul Murdoch savages Biden via Twitter
Source: Agence France-Presse
Media mogul Rupert Murdoch took to Twitter on Saturday to savage the Obama-Biden campaign, appearing to throw his full support behind Mitt Romney little more than three weeks from election day. Mr. Murdoch accused Vice President Joe Biden of lying about the administration’s relationship with Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu, and of also not telling the truth about last month’s deadly attack on the US consulate in Libya. “Nightmare for Israel if Obama wins. Biden outright lied about personal relations with Bibi. Susan Rice for State real nightmare,” Murdoch wrote on the microblogging service. ... In the second of four tweets reeled off within 18 minutes, Mr. Murdoch lambasted President Barack Obama and his aides for their handling of the aftermath of the Benghazi consulate attack that killed four Americans including ambassador Chris Stevens. 1. I smell Romney
|
Looks like the Romney campaign is enlisting big business honchos to tweet negative stuff about the Obama administration. Jack Welch chipped in last week about the unemployment numbers. Look for more of these to come.

Romney of the Romney campaign, however, lives at the mercy of NEWSCORP and the other media conglomerates. He's Murdoch's more than Murdoch is his. This is only one element of Rupert Murdoch's never-ending Attack On America. |

20. We are saying the same thing
|
I'm not confusing anything. We're basically saying the same thing. Big business honchos are chipping in to get one of their own elected. There are others who also pull the strings. Murdoch is just one of them, along with the Koch brothers and all the rest.

Maybe I'm high on the print side. Hope so. (To get almost all media in the country, add Bertelsmann, the telecoms and cable companies, Apple, MS, Google, Yahoo, Facebook, AOL-Huffington, Clear Channel and the print dinosaurs of Gannett, NYT, WaPo, Knight-Ridder and Hearst...)
Murdoch in USA = FOX + FOXNEWS + WSJ + NY POST + ??? some other business-oriented news properties I forget. |

12. Murdoch Is Out Of His League In Foreign Policy
|
Why all of the huffing and puffing about Libya? Yes, 4 Americans were killed which is tragic but in the scope of things this was really a small scale attack. Compare and contrast that attack with the embassy attacks in Niarobi and Tanzania, the attack on the Cole, the marine barracks in Lebanon or 9/11 itself. For that matter compare it against the theatre massacre in Aurora, CO. So it is time to get real on things like this and keep the eye on the ball. Today in Florida the Log Cabin Republican organization has an ad out showing the dead Ambassador's body being dragged around Libya. It shows a brain disease on the part of the Republicans to be attempting to make such hay on a minor unfortunate incident. Murdoch is just piling on here.
