13. Lasted somewhere between 3 episodes and half a season.

Not Hepburn and Tracy, but still . . . . not bad.

8. Clueless

So is Lindsay going to be stumping for Mitt, like Blythe is doing for Barack? I don't think that Mitt wants her touting his tax cuts for millionaires plan in public.

6. Quaker values in action

Blythe had a Friends school education, where Quaker values are taught, influence and remain with the students for a lifetime, which includes a responsibility toward the larger community and not just oneself. The Friends have always been heavily involved in rights for women from their beginning in England because of their belief that everyone is equal in the eyes of God. That included fighting for the women's right to vote, a right that colonial western New Jersey had because of its Quaker influence, which was given up to join the Union.

12. Quakers are some of the most liberal Christians out there

Especially East Coast Quakers. Reason I call that out is because Richard Nixon was also Quaker but he's from the West Coast. Nixon did have some good progressive policies in regards to the social issues but in regards to the war well he definately did not follow Quaker ideology.

14. Nixon

I believe that Nixon was a deeply tortured soul throughout his life, conflicted between his Quaker upbringing as a boy and his politics as an adult.
