Prosecutors in Milwaukee County have reached a tentative plea deal with Kelly Rindfleisch, a former aide to Gov. Scott Walker when he was Milwaukee County executive. Rindfleisch, 43, of Columbus, was scheduled to go to trial next week on four felony charges of misconduct in public office for allegedly doing campaign work while at her taxpayer-funded job as Walker's deputy chief of staff. Instead, the two sides will meet in Milwaukee County Circuit Court at 1:30 p.m. Thursday to present a tentative deal before Judge David Hansher. Rindfleisch would be the second former Walker staff to plead guilty to campaign-related charges. The other is Walker's former constituent services director, Darlene Wink. But Rindfleisch's plea would not necessarily be all good news for the governor, said Mordecai Lee, professor of political science at UW-Milwaukee.
"Generally, what prosecutors want in these deals is for someone to implicate the higher-ups," Lee said. "You start with the small fish and work your way up the food chain. "Who knows where this will lead? I'm guessing this isn't the end of the case." http://host.madison.com/news/local/crime_and_courts/updated-second-former-walker-aide-expected-to-enter-plea-in/article_4d985188-125e-11e2-af72-001a4bcf887a.html#ixzz28qwFAylZ |

3. Perjure himself or take the 5th?

6. Rindfleisch pled guilty to one felony charge in return for something.
|
So she keeps one felony and is exchanging 3 felony charges for most likely some testimony or information for the prosecutor.
