'Saudi weapons' seen at Syria rebel base
Source: BBC News
BBC News has uncovered evidence that weapons intended for the Saudi military have been diverted to Syrian rebels. Three crates from an arms manufacturer - addressed to Saudi Arabia - have been seen in a base being used by rebel fighters in the city of Aleppo. How the small crates reached Aleppo is unknown, and the BBC was not allowed to film their contents. Saudi Arabia has refused to comment on the matter. 1. Anybody whose been following the events already knows this. Sunni Muslims back the "rebels"
|
(whoever they really are) against the Shia (in this case the Alawite Shia regime of Assad).
That the Saudis have been helping isn't a secret. |

That is also not a secret.

8. And Azerbaijan and Bahrain (and others). I was simply pointing out some of the "largest" actors
|
in the Syrian crisis.
But you are 100% correct. There are other majority Shia Islamic countries that will be sucked into the vortex if this conflict devolves into a wider regional conflict. |
