1. turn off the television

or turn down the volume. That's how to escape that noise.

2. 5.5 million to target 5 candidates? Cheap scapes. Koch bros paid 6.1 million for 1 attack ad against

Pres Obama.

4. The tea party allowed Donnelly to have a good chance when they knocked Lugar out.

Lugar was a Democrat to them. As a Hoosier, I don't understand this. Though Lugar is a R, he was also on the Foreign Relations Committee, and was widely considered a senior statesman, by both parties. I wish Indiana was trending for Obama, but not a single poll I have seen indicates any chance for Obama this time. I don't understand it, but that's the way it is. Between Obama, Donnelly, and Gregg for Governor against rabid Tea Partier Mike Pence, I would think somehow the three candidates together would make for a strong D turnout. Here's to hoping...

5. Expect more right-wing superPAC money flowing toward Senate and House races now that Romney is

falling flat on his face.

14. Yep, but I wonder if they always knew this

or if they really believed in their charmless candidate for two minutes.

If they never did then they must have much much more to drop on the Senate races in the next month.

8. Find that 'Mute'

button. Occasionally you will be rewarded by what you see rather than hear. I learned a lot about dimson by just watching.

10. Ah more work for

my mute button . . . Anyone else notice much less (almost none) political ads on the cable stations, which have better shows most of the time anyway?
