The chief of Houston's police department has asked the FBI to help investigate why an officer shot and killed a disabled man Saturday. Over the weekend, police said that the wheelchair-bound man was acting aggressively and had tried to stab an officer with a pen. "The Houston Police Department places the highest value on human life and events like these are tragic and unfortunate for everyone involved," Chief Charles A. McClelland said in a press release Monday afternoon. "All Houston Police Officers receive mandatory crisis intervention training specifically dealing with persons experiencing mental crisis. As we do in all instances of this nature, the Houston Police Department's Homicide and Internal Affairs Divisions, and the Harris County District Attorneys Office, Civil Rights Division, are investigating this incident." 3. Apparently that disabled man was quite a handful.

There's really nothing funny about this tragic but all too familiar story, but just to know, I read that headline the same way you did. |

|
I guess that's what happens when you give a insecure little pussy with a tiny penis, a gun and a badge.

10. Try downtown San Francisco after dark.
|
You will find quite a few crazy-scary mofos in 'chairs. And a bunch of them will be missing body parts. They definitely have the potential to do serious harm to a healthy person.
That guy had the cop trapped in a dark corner and slashing at him with a pointed silver object (a pen, as it turned out). From earlier articles, it seems the guy had gone berserk. |

... NEVER HAPPENED 20 years ago and now there is one every time you turn around. But no, it's not the out of control police's fault.
