The hedge fund manager who hosted Mitt Romney’s controversial fundraiser became known as The Hamptons' Hugh Hefner due to his wild parties, MailOnline can reveal.

Marc Leder rented a $500,000-a-month mansion and bragged to guests about having a 'pool full of girls' at the debauched events.

At one, a reveler performed oral sex on a naked woman in front of dozens of guests for 20 minutes whilst she moaned and writhed on a bench.

Mr Leder also hosted the fundraiser in Boca Raton, Florida, for Mitt Romney at which he was secretly filmed making embarrassing comments.

He has now apologized for a security breach and believes it was somebody hired to work at the event who took the footage.

It was his other party however which has made Mr Leder, 50, a celebrity beyond the world of finance for which he is best known.
