Cleveland.com COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday told the Ohio Ballot Board to come up with a new description of the redistricting reform proposal on the Nov. 6 ballot, saying the summary the board recently approved contains "material omissions and factual inaccuracies."
Voters First Ohio, the group behind the redistricting proposal, known as Issue 2, filed a lawsuit last month in the high court, alleging that the summary approved by the Republican-controlled board was misleading to voters.
