3. I have worked in election protection and poll watching in OH since 2004 ....

..... trust me when I say YOU CAN NOT VOTE TWICE in Ohio.

Vote on election day @ your precinct voting station.
Once you have signed in and voted that is it.

Sign up for an absentee ballot and even if you don't use it
you have to vote a provisional ballot WHICH WILL NOT BE
COUNTED IF YOU VOTED W/ YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT.

Go to another precinct* and even if you are not listed on the
voter roles but if you are willing to swear that you live in the
district even if you can not present a valid ID, pass port, Military
ID, utility bill, or bank statement you can vote but you have to vote
a PROVISIONAL BALLOT that will not be counted if after checking
the precinct's d-base and you are not legal voter or if you have already
voted in another precinct.

This is about voter suppression of Democratic leaning votes and it has
nothing to do w/ "protecting the vote." Voter fraud is very rare but
election fraud is SOP by the republicans .... see Wisconsin 2012**, See Ohio
2004, see South Carolina Democratic Senate primary vote 2010, see
Florida 2000, see Alabama 2002 ..... We have had on going election
fraud since 1988 but very little voter fraud.

* after voting in your proper precinct.

** Wisconsin 2012 the very same district that voted to recall a republican state senator turned around
to vote to keep Scott Walker as governor?

4. The part that really frustrates me

Is that the GOP spent the last ten years trying to prove that voter fraud was a problem. They held Congressional hearings. The Bush administration created the US Attorney scandal largely in an attempt to come up with evidence of voter fraud. And none of it came to anything.

But in the long run, it didn't matter. They went ahead and passed the damn laws anyway -- just because they could. And now we have a Constitutional disaster on our hands.

7. Of course there's not. The GOP knows that as well.

However, they had the power to make noise enough to get it to the eyes of the public and pretend there was. Now several states now ate set to suppress voters who otherwise might have voted for Democrats.

Facts have nothing to do with the matter. Only their agenda, and the ability they had to manipulate the public into buying their lies.

8. Do you think that Pennsylvania's new voter ID law will be thrown out based on this report?

You'd think it would be, but I don't live there so I have no idea how restrictive the Republican party in Pennsylvania is.

10. The judge is set to rule Monday. I'm assuming his ruling is based on evidence presented at trial.

I think he might grant the preliminary injunction (against the law). Then everyone expects the case to go up on appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. They'll rule as quickly as possible. But time is so short now, and there's solid enough evidence of more people without photo ID than the state predicted, and evidence that the state is not equipped to handle the processing of photo IDs for a large number of people. The plaintiffs put on a good case; the state stipulated before the trial that they had no evidence of voter fraud to present. I think there's a good chance this law will be suspended for November's election. Fingers crossed.

9. We all know the real reason

is that they don't want Democrats being able to vote.

Voter suppression by the GOPT is the biggest type of voter fraud going and yet Holder doesn't seem to be doing anything about it.

13. One Glaring Omission

is the Sec of State (who is in charge of elections in Indiana) was convicted of voter fraud by not re-registering and voting in a district that he no longer lived. That report was not in this article and a glaring omission in my opinion.

17. But, but if we don't pass super tough voter ID laws, DEMOCRATS may get to vote!

Maybe even POOR PEOPLE and MINORITIES! And that's voter fraud right there, isn't it? We must, absolutely must protect the sovereign rights of rich, white property owners. Gah! You people!

(Do I need to put in the thingy?
