55. Soylent Green for Baby Boomers

The Ryan plan is nothing more than a strategy for winnowing the baby boomer generation by cutting off health care for aging boomers. It's soft genocide directed at the most vulnerable. What do you expect from predatory capitalists born with silver spoons? America needs a serious realignment and radical redistribution of wealth. Reagan's legacy is the bane of civil society.

44. Well, throwing the election and showing that they've accepted the

inevitability can look surprisingly familiar. Now, Mittens is no brain surgeon, but even he has to know that this isn't going to happen for him. No showing of the taxes, no being of the President. Why not go for the "what the fuck, I've lost anyway" candidate.

I doubt people are lining up to join the SS Mittens Titanic trip.

4. After that, he will be interviewed by Gwen Ifill of PBS.

The interview will be broadcast on the Monday Newshour.

I thought it a little odd that he would give the interview to PBS on a Saturday. I would think that he would want the interview on one of the news networks which would air the interview or excerpts in time for the Sunday newspapers.

That 17% of those who identified themselves as Tea Baggers support Obama. Ryan would be a logical choice to attempt to bring many of these Tea Baggers back on board. (Can't control the formatting so I bolded the total).

real expearience, and he wants to cut medicare and social security. The only thing he can do is tickle republicans' rage boner against government. That's really not enough. Portman would at least bring a needed state to the republicans and not give us as big of a target.

Seriously.. they are running that campaign like a sorority president contest.

Oh gosh.. Ryan/Wisconsin.. the USS Wisconsin? Adorable, I tell ya! Of course that's the closest Mitt or his sons will EVER get to the military in their lives, touring a Navy Ship.

Ryan is already reviled by seniors: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/04/01/paul-ryan-budget-attack-ads-medicare-cuts_n_1394939.html

And the comments I saw online today by ALL kinds of seniors, were NOT friendly toward him at all. He's a fucking Norquist wannabe, and the Koch brother's little investment. Romney is finding out WHY you don't take hundreds of millions of dollars from scumbags... they all want something. Romney no more picked his VP, than he does his own laundry.

Wow, Presidential candidates must really live in thick bubbles.

But then again, Obama is once again a Presidential candidate and yet he seems to see how it is. He's lobbing them back with his non-dominant hand. I think the only reason Obama isn't completely phoning it in is because he loves campaigning so much.

(and to end medicaid and Obamacare)

And here's an article on Ryan in The New Yorker: http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2012/08/06/120806fa_fact_lizza

Ryan as the VP choice was made specifically for the base. This will bring the tea bags out in droves where they will be voting for Ryan and every other Repugnant that is running for office in this country. They want it all.

And, the stark reality is that the Ryan budget was passed in the House. All they need is control of the Senate and a President who will sign on the dotted line.
