Explosion rocks HollyFrontier Refinery in west Tulsa
TULSA - Just before 2:30 a.m. Thursday an explosion was heard coming from the HollyFrontier refinery at 902 W. 25th Street in west Tulsa.
Flames could be seen shooting several feet into the air from the refinery and the glow was seen at least 6 miles away.
HollyFrontier has its own fire department. However, the Tulsa Fire Department is on standby. Our crew at the scene reports the fire appears to be under control and that the fire is being allowed to burn out.
Tulsa Police are not reporting any injuries and there have been no evacuations
