Mitt Romney's Bain Involvement Suggested By 1999 California FilingLast edited Mon Jul 16, 2012, 05:03 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1)

WASHINGTON -- Add another document to the pile, this one from California's secretary of state. In a filing dated July 21, 1999, GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney was listed as a "general partner" for Bain Capital Partners, a California Limited Partnership. Romney's signature is on the document declaring that he certified "that the statements contained in this document are true and correct to my own knowledge. I declare that I am the person who is executing this instrument, which execution is my act and deed." Romney remained on record as one of four general partners until the state was notified of his resignation on June 17, 2003. <...> ....the California document are among the latest evidence that suggests Romney's involvement with Bain extended beyond February 1999, when he claims to have retired from the private equity firm. State documents, SEC filings and his own recently unearthed testimony suggest that Romney continued to do business on behalf of Bain for several years after 1999. 4. Petition to Arrest and Indict Mitt Romney on change.gov!
|
(Yes, I've been stating the same message in different threads, but repetition is necessary and crucial at this point)
There is a petition to arrest and indict Mitt Romney on Obama's site, change.org. Here is the link: CHANGE.ORG PETITION - Eric Holder: Arrest and Indict Mitt Romney NOW! We need 5,000 signatures. Once we get that, we will start the avalanche to destroy Romney, get Obama re-elected and if necessary, beef up the Executive Order process so we can bypass Congress as we have been doing the past two years. |

5. He was legally responsible, so if he wasn't actively involved in the management of the company,
|
he was being very, very careless. Not the sign of a good manager.
