3. suicide bomber killed a group of anti-Taliban officials ( Taliban deny any knowledge )

....Khan was known for his anti-Taliban stance — fighting against the group’s rule in the late 90s. The Taliban has denied any involvement in his assassination, but the Guardian notes suicide bombings are not usually criminal in nature — rather they are carried out by insurgent groups.

“he Taliban has repeatedly said it considers politicians and other government officials legitimate targets. they might also be reluctant to claim a brutal attack on a wedding party, because it violates instructions from the group's leadership to avoid civilian casualties.”

I trust the Talibs about this attack. They wouldn't lie as it is against their religion to lie.
...that's what they say...
we must respect their holy ways of life teachings;
