(60,332 posts)I realize that there are many Bob's out there that will not heed his call which makes me wonder, would they have even voted for Bernie in the fall?
For them to commit political suicide by their actions, one has to wonder is their claim to cause reality? (I am speaking of those who are throwing the temper tantrum at the convention and giving interviews saying they could never vote for "crooked" Hillary).

(2,208 posts)What's the point of amplifying the complaints of a small minority of people?
Now is the time to put past bitterness behind and realize that we must all support the Clinton-Kaine ticket.
Recriminations that might be interpreted as being too broad serve only to divide the Democratic Party.
Stronger Together, let's all move forward -- longtime Hillary backers are under an obligation to reach out to Sanders' supporters at this time. The vast majority, the OVERWHELMING majority of us are with the ticket now.

His motion at the Democratic National Convention came after the roll call of states and was greeted with chants of "Bernie! Bernie!"

I realize articles about a little story like NOMINATING THE FIRST WOMAN EVER as the presidential candidate of a major party are NOT as important as, say, a story from 2015 about a "Russian Troll army", but hey that's LBN these days.
Can't we focus for ONE DAY on the positive news in the Democratic Party?
