Gingrich Condemned for Calling Palestinians Terrorists

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/dec/11/newt-gingrich-palestinian-comments-criticised

Speaking from Ramallah on Sunday, Ghassan Khatib, a senior Palestinian Authority official, said Gingrich's position indicated an alarming swing towards extremism among Republicans and revealed a trend within American politics towards partisan posturing on the Middle East that could only damage the peace process.

"America is already suffering from criticism of not being impartial. Such an extreme position from a presidential candidate only adds to this perception," Khatib said. "This incident has seriously damaged the credibility of the United States."

While the US Congress has raised alarm among Palestinians by threatening to cut aid to the Palestinian Authority if it pursues a reconciliation with Hamas, Gingrich is swimming against the tide of official US policy, which advocates a two-state solution. He is also at odds with the opinion of all but the most extreme elements of Israeli society.

of Hamas as a Terrorist organization - since that is President Obama's official Government Position. http://www.state.gov/s/ct/rls/other/des/123085.htm

Why is the Hamas designation relevant to this question? Because under the current power structure, Hamas is part of the governing power structure for Gaza.

So bad, bad Newt - how dare you support President Obama's official position - what a dirty trick, not.

Gingrich,as a lot of other so called people who knws the bible inside out, have no clue about the bible,Gingrich has his history all twisted and reversed.
For all the creationist beleivers. In the begining og the bible there is no such thing as Israel or Jews.,Most people need to read and underastand the bible.Myself as a non believer,I know more about the bible than most believers who are extremely arrogant and think they are always right

You will see (Africa)Ethiopia,Assyria, and such,No Israel.
The original people there in Israel/Palestine were an Afro/Asiatic peoples, not a"Indo/European" one existing in the middle of Africa and Asiatic peoples
