Former rap mogul Marion 'Suge' Knight charged with murder

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Former hip-hop music mogul Marion "Suge" Knight has been charged with murder and attempted murder after he struck two men with his pickup truck.

Prosecutors filed the charges Monday, alleging Knight intended to run down a friend and another man after an argument on a movie set. One man was killed.

Attorney James Blatt says Knight accidentally ran over the men on Thursday as he tried to escape a vicious attack. He turned himself in to police on Friday.

It's been speculated that Biggie ordered Pac's murder, and Suge retaliated resulting in Biggie's death.

I wouldn't put anything past him. Sometimes an artists catalog is more valuable if you don't have to share it with the artist.
