Robme surrogate Andrea Saul does not blink

Watching Andrea Mitchell and this Andrea Saul was on there explaining away Sununu (NOT), and the Robme tax situation and that sister did not blink once. What the fuck is she on?!!! I have never seen a person who does not blink at all. She didn't flinch, or blink . . . just spewing out one talking point after another. Are they all on something? Is that the problem?
