I'm sitting here looking at a map of the Earth.

And i'm wondering just why diamonds are in South Africa, and not Uruguay?

We do understand tectonic plate plate activity, at least enough to consider where these Continents had common ground. And if i'm right, perhaps Uruguay is the place to look...on and off shore.

The Diamonds that formed in Africa would have formed in lower SA as well.
