Can we retroactively go back to November 2000 and

Al Gore has won the Presidency, 9/11 never happened, Shock and Awe never happened, Axis of Evil never happened, tax rates remained the same and the national debt was eliminated, the economy boomed and there was full employment, hurricane Katrina was dealt with appropriately with compassion, etc. ... etc.
