Looking for the best way to divert attention or to cover it up. He doesn't want to show his tax returns under any circumstances. And we remember how he made public, one day before he took the Governor's office, that he had put one of his companies into a blind trust, led by his wife, Ann.... He only does something when he feels it is absolutely necessary.

That may not be true all the time?

But in this instance, I think it probably is?

of how rich people screw poor people when it comes to taxes (by using off shore tax havens.)

There are examples of the huge gains made by advising companies to take on debt (and end up going bankrupt = lost jobs), and advising companies to close factories in the US and send jobs to factories in low wage places like China that Rmoney keeps vowing he will stop from "stealing" US jobs (that is - he was the delivery man for some of those jobs and paid very handsomely.)

In short, a lot of what is in there - how much and how sheltered serves as an example of the narrative of what is wrong with corporate america that has been spreading across the public's mind since the corporate-fixed bubble burst in housing and finance in 2008.

it's becoming glaringly apparent that he wasn't completely truthful about him leaving bain in 1999.

if it's found he did stay on with bain until 2002, then he committed a felony.

He's shitting.
