...special effects in a movie: If they do it right, you don't notice and the story moves forward. If they do it wrong, it draws attention to itself and distracts, unnecessarily. Biden's doing it right. I know he doesn't agree with the President on everything, but he subducts his disagreements (or at least keeps them private) and moves forward to execute the President's agenda.

Biden is doing a yeoman's job as VP.

I'm looking forward to his speech!
