"Romney expands base"! Martin Bashir

As Pres Obama calls for the tax break extension for those making under 250 grand, the POTUS mentioned that 98% of the people made 250 g's or less. So, instead of the 99% versus the 1%, it's now 98% to 2%.
Just heard this on msnbc. lol
