3. Accomplishments, certainly.

 

The question is whether some of them are actually beneficial. Frankly, programs like Race to the Top, and yes, the ACA, are going to cause more damage to the country than good. Furthermore, many of these accomplishments, like the first stimulus and banking regulation, simply didn't go far enough.

As far as ridding Libya of Gaddafi, and Egypt of Mubarak, the people of those countries have far more to do with those accomplishments than Obama does.

And frankly, the notion of Obama ending Bush torture policies is laughable. Bagram AFB belies that assertion, as does the fact that we're still shipping "enemy combatants" off to various friendly countries to do our torture for us.
