Saw something on the news where they said that the part of Mosul

that was bombed killing 200 civilians was a part of the city with narrow alleys. That compacts the explosion making it much larger. ( the theory behind using a pressure cooker to make a homemade bomb). That other parts of Mosul are much more wide open where bombs don't do as much damage and have not resulted in as many civilian deaths. They need to adjust the size of their bombs. Don't like talking about war but felt I had to get it out there.

their men on a roof and put civilians in the building to get propaganda win if they are hit. Sick. I just wish Obama was still the man in charge.
