Chris Matthews great clip on why the Dems must not fold over with Gorsuch

I'll tell you what. I will lose all respect for any Democrat who rolls over and votes for this nominee. If you want to be a chump in your own life go ahead but when you represent over 1/2 the country you had better not.

Chris explains it well.

...I'm talking about the fainting couch crew of sensible centrists on here that insist that any talk of primary challenges to ANY dem are tantamount to political suicide for the Democratic party particularly in red states.

The NAY vote MUST be on cloture (ending debate). And we need 41 Nays on cloture to Stop Gorsuch. (Possibly 42?... Someone else should weigh in)

Any Senator who votes YEA on cloture, but NAY on the floor is NOT opposing Gorsuch. The ONLY REAL opposition is for enough of them to stick together to stop them from ending debate, and thus stop the vote Entirely!

And if you run into anyone who believes "it could be worse" or "he's not really so bad" point them to this report:

https://americanbridgepac.org/app/uploads/Gorsuch-SCOTUS-Report.pdf

And if you need just one example of how extreme he is, describe his "non-delegation doctrine." Trump needs an ally to destroy the federal agencies that protect our financial system, consumers, the environment, voting rights, civil rights... on and on. And Gorsuch is the guy to make it happen. He subscribes to a ‘nondelegation doctrine’ t that constrains the ability of
federal agencies to carry out their statutory missions. Even Scalia rejected this. (More about the doctrine in the report.)

I'm kinda surprised. Pleasantly so. He told no lies. This whole process is an outrage. If not now, when? This fucker could wind up in jail for treason and still have a Judge on the Supreme Court for decades.
