Ohio farmer loses two kids to heroin overdose — and Obamacare-hating Trump fan celebrates

An Ohio father who lost two of his three children to heroin overdoses said he received a letter celebrating their deaths that was postmarked from a condominium complex owned by President Donald Trump.

Roger Winemiller shared his family’s story earlier this month with the New York Times and WCPO-TV, and he got an anonymous letter about a week later that called for the repeal of Obamacare and referred to Trump, the TV station reported.

“It’s wonderful that junkies overdose and die,” the letter reads. “That is the only way we can rid America of all those low-life scum. I am so happy that your children did their part in reducing the drug population.”

“We should look forward to the repeal of filthy Obamacare,” the letter reads. “When we reduce mooching, those thieves will quickly die when they lose medical access.”

W, McCain's wife, and Rush Limbaugh all suffered from addictions of different sorts. All three supposedly just decided to stop one day...and did. No problem.

I'm being sarcastic in case you were wondering.

BTW - I think "drug users" or anything associated with drugs is a dog whistle to them - both blacks and the dreaded hippies.

every day for years and when I became a grand father I bought a half pint and put it up on the high shelf in the dining room, just in case, mind you. I've never drank another drink since. About 5 or so years ago I started drinking a red beer a few times a week. Never more than one a day
And don't tell me that I only traded one for the other

In fact because I was always told that was the only way I could quit kept me from trying for a long ass time. Last thing I want to do is go tell tales or listen to tales. I simply made a decision to quit and quit. Once I made that decision it was the easiest thing I'd ever done. I didn't need my wife harping on me or my sister in law either all I needed was that bottle up where I could see it in case I got to the point where I just had to have a drink. That point never came. All I know is somewhere along the way I noticed that bottle was gone.

BTW, friends left a half bottle of vodka and most of a bottle of rum here and its been under our sink for 6, 7, 8, years now.
Its amazing what a person can do when they want too.

I quit toking after damn near 50 years of smoking every day and same thing I just kept a bud so I knew it was there just in case, just in case never got here. I'd go right back to smoking if my lungs would allow it is the difference.

Inability to moderate/control use via willpower alone is the most fundamental definition of these afflictions.

Now, it's POSSIBLE that W, Cindy Mccain, and Lardass ... were also 'like you' but particularly in Rush's case I kinda doubt it. In fact I bet Limbaugh is still on Methadone or Suboxone (i.e. replacement therapy).

I really doubt anyone who got super-strung on Oxycontin ... turns around and just beats it easily and then just goes on to live such a hate-filled existence with SO much lying, all the time, on his program. Esp. not being part of either a support group or spending tons of time with counselors ... either it was just short fling on the stuff, or the whole thing is a lie ... other-wise, his story doesn't 'add up'.

For true addict/alcoholics, to get clean and stay clean you can't live your life just telling lies like Fatass does.

This is their mindset, that the poor deserve to die, period. They think that these people hold no value and that their deaths will lower their taxes, that's it. It's sick.

Until it happens to them, heroin doesn't discriminate socioeconomically. The overdose epidemic is taking the children of rich families, poor families, and middle class families. The Carfentenol addition to the drug is the Cons wet dream, which is basically genocide. Conservative philosophy leads to the belief that about 30% or more of their fellow Americans should be dead. They was 1 out of every 3 people they meet to die, period.

This hate and sickness is present in 10s of millions of Americans, that's why Trump and Bannon's dream of Concentration Camps is closer to a reality than people realize. If they could start rounding up millions of "undesirables" they most certainly could find millions of Republicans willing to enthusiastically man the ovens.

Probably about 1.5 million of the 2 million people in prison are there unjustly because of the warped for profit legal system. Trump has promised to expand this, I would guess 10 fold. These slave labor camps with include inmates from debtors prison too.

And they've been dying to be able to transfer the debts of people to their children for generations. SO don't be surprised when they start throwing people in prison for not paying their deceased parents' debts off.

But make no mistake about it, they'll fill their prisons with slave labor, but there is a large portion of society they'd simply prefer to exterminate. Immigrants, Muslims, maybe even the category of Liberals, Cons simply think the country is better off if these groups would just be eliminated.

My small community, like many others, has a serious opiod problem, and overdoses are fairly routine.

Every time they're reported, whether they're fatal or non-fatal, the high-minded Trump-voting citizenry springs into action on social media with compassionate messages of "what did you expect?" or "they made their choice" or "one less welfare queen."

I don't care if these evil fucking assholes are a tiny and non-representative minority of the Republican party, because if a moderate majority exists, it sure as hell doesn't do anything to rein in the fuckhead fanatics.

Fuck every last one of them. These Trump-voting idiots deserve to have their beloved leader starve them and cut off their medicine and heating subsidies.

These types of people are the answer. They are so consumed by hatred that they would welcome the death of millions of their fellow Americans who are seen as 'leeches' or 'undesirables'. All the druggie scum? Into the ovens. All the filthy welfare leeches? To the mass graves. I've known conservatives who literally believe that ALL welfare is bad, and that we should basically just let all the poor and unfit starve to death for the betterment of society. Then there are the types who think we should 'intentionally' poison the heroin supply with carfentanyl and the like as part of their final solution to the opiate crisis. Oh, and I almost forgot about those conservatives who want to outlaw narcan because "If you save a useless druggie they'll just go overdose again. Quit wasting my tax dollars"/

It's the pure, unfiltered hatred coming from his fans that scares the shit out of me. They've been brainwashed by AM hate radio to join the anti-liberal cult and that is what is truly scary. I'm afraid of something happens to him during his time in office that his supporters will turn that hate into violence.

31. Since 2010 when the ACA was enacted and the Republicans began its attempt to repeal it,
Tue Mar 21, 2017, 01:54 PM
Mar 2017

the effort has been based upon mostly unspoken assumptions:

1. Only Democrats would enroll in "Obamacare";
2. Republicans would be duped into thinking their ACA was NOT Obamacare, but something provided to them by their republican legislators;
3. Repealing Obamacare would result in the disability, deterioration, and death of hundreds of thousands of Democrats.
4. Republicans would survive and "make American great again" (even before Trump stole the concept).

With situations like the one in the original post, to their horror, Republicans have discovered that RICH Republicans want them to die as much as Democrats. The shock comes not only with losing their family (and to farmers, family is legacy and heirs to the land), but the outright celebration of that loss. This is called "waking up".

Now the question is will these NOT RICH Republicans cross the aisle to join us?
