Egypt has her first civilian President - they have not stopped the traffic -

Comment from a BBC reporter following the swearing in ceremony of the Egyptian president.
Sure his limo rushed through the traffic, but according to the reporter the people are talking more about the fact that he insisted that they did not stop the traffic - rule of law for all.
