They will say it's all his fault. And the Trumbots will believe it right down to their last breath.

They'll blame black people in general for stealing the welfare that should've belonged to them; decent hardworking "real" Americans.

But at least it will be under a Republican President who gets all their money first. (if they have any)

look, I am the first one to get really tired of umpteen pundits saying the reason we lost the election is because we did not cater hard enough to the "white working-class" I do think that we need to stop apologizing for left-wing ideas, especially because, with all the precision of Swiss clockwork they get proven right. Now I do not know the context with which your quote was made, however wishing death on people in red states, especially ones filled with Democrats like myself but spent a lot of time converting Trump voters is not a good behavior. Now let's overlook the simple fact that the GOP had been spending eight years trying to do everything they can to disenfranchise black and brown voters. Let's overlook the fact that a lot of those poor people will be black and brown voters. Yes this newspaper held up some people that looked straight out of central casting, right down to the baseball cap. Is not going to overlook that the people who were denied their rights to vote are going to be the first to die? Does that overlook that a lot of those people who may look like they are out of central casting may have been the ones that were fighting to elect Hillary? I can tell you that many of the people who voted for Hillary despite outright threats and intimidation did look like the sort of people you would expect to see a Trump rally, save for one thing, they realized Trump was going to screw them.

Now please, please, please do not mistake me for one of these people who does not see a lot of the Trump voters for what they are, nor someone who wants to water down the party message to appeal to them. Frankly there has been a losing strategy since 1980 when the Democrats decided to lay all of the altar of those "Reagan Democrats" many of whom knew how hard FDR and Truman have to work to get them their benefits, but when it was their turn to let the shoulder do things they just went ahead" And quoted Pink Floyd lyrics like "I'm alright Jack, keep your hands off my stack." and yes, like many other liberals and those on the far left I fully intend to look many of these people in the eye and say "how is Trump working out for you?" However, if we go ahead and make jokes about genocide, we are playing right into the hands of those who would cast us as a bunch of ivory towered elites. Say what you want about the truth of Hillary's comment about them being deplorable, they were, but by the same token people like James Carville, Howard Dean, Ms. Gellibrand, Maxine Waters and others can tell you that you do not want to act like the stereotype that the other party is trying to paint as.

Again, I am not trying to bash you, or even deny the feelings behind those words. And unlike many, I do not want to compromise my feelings or thoughts in the quest to gain the Reagan Democrats approval. However, even if we were to take morality out of it, we need to see who has finally had it with Trump and the GOP, and very likely it will be someone that was their defender, their Warhorse, that found out he Or she was going to get sent to the glue factory. those people can be useful come 2018 and 2020. The main difference this time, is that unlike previous times, will make it very clear that while we congratulate these people for finally opening their brain that they are not going to be captains of the ship and that we can and will throw them overboard if they start acting nasty.

I agree with the previous poster - who cares. I am normally a very compassionate person. However, this "admin" is turning me hateful and I don't like it, its changing me. But things are so ugly. Everyday discourse is becoming even...coarser.

I had a friend (former) who has spent most of his life being supplemented by the government due to health issues - he is extremely obese with major back & knee problems - and not that I ever judged him for it, we've all got issues (oh, and popped like 100 pills PER DAY at one point). Yet, this genius is a total conservative blowhard, and is about to lose his health care. Sayonara dude.

The Republicans want these (and all not covered by private or government plans) people to, as Grayson put it, "stay healthy or die quickly."

I want them to vote Democratic (for once), or.....well, when they have no coverage, that part will take care of itself no matter what I want.

What burns me up is that so many of these people that NEVER had coverage, and got it under the ACA, have let themselves be convinced by Fox Noise/National Hate Radio/Republican politicians that they are far worse off now with coverage than they were when they had none. It's like a bloc of voters who used to get headaches all their lives becoming royally pissed at whoever provided them with a lifetime supply of aspirin. It's like a diabetic yelling in rage at the person who introduced him to insulin. ("I was slowly dying in agony just fine before YOU came along!&quot

These people have been badly misled by so many for so long, in order to persuade them to act against their own best interests.

And, as so many times in history, it worked.

In so many places, the main source of information is Fox News. What outcome can one expect?
