I Hope They Turn Roberts With Their Hatred And Vitriol
Keep on bashing him and pissing him off. LOL
Let him see the ugly side of the beast he has been working for. The ones who do the double-cross, are always noted in history. Seems like everytime there's a slight transformation in America, there's a chief judge who did the double-cross.

1. I'm pretty sure he is a human...

and humans do not like to be disrespected in such an ugly way. Perhaps there is justice after all? |

11. Rightwingers don't seem to see things clearly until it happens to them personally.

4. unfortunately, the usual right-wing response is to put tail between legs and get back in line.
|
in theory, life tenure is supposed to make justices immune from this sort of thing.
in any event, i won't hold my breath. it will take more than the uproar from a single decision to turn him our way. did the furor over bush v. gore turn any of the felonious five? o'conner felt bad about it, but so what? |

They were getting shit from the left wing, not the right. Totally different situation. They don't give a rats ass for any flack from the left wing.

This idealogue still has his legacy to think about. Historians are already going to skewer Citizens United for generations. No, he'll still be the same ole' rightwing extremest on lesser cases, but probably a little more moderate on the bigger ones, the ones history will remember.
