Still no sign of Trump appointing all those high-ranking officials

he has to appoint and have confirmed by the Senate. 515 positions out of 549 still have nobody named to fill then. All of those must be confirmed by the Senate. There are over 4000 appointments he needs to make, most of which don't require confirmation.

What's he waiting for? Why is he stalling? Does he ever intend to fill those positions?

Congress needs to ask him WTF is going on at the White House.

again, i think his kids covered for him *a lot* in his business.

he can't operate that way now and he's lost.

it's not clear who's really in charge -- priebus? bannon? putin?

in any event, until foxnews has a rant and rave that teaches about federal hiring practices, donnie won't know how.
