If any Democratic staffers had tried to get the FBI to undermine an investigation by talking to the press about it, can you imagine the wingnut STINK on the fake Benghazi level of STINK?!
Yet wingnuts are so silent. And DRUMPF throws his usual hissy fit about finding the LEAKERS (about PRIEBUS’s FBI contacts) because LEAKERS are national security threats. Oh. (Again.) So, it’s TRUE that the DRUMPF-sters obstructed justice, but THAT isn’t what matters. What matters is that somebody else leaked it that they obstructed justice.
Besides, even if PRIEBUS is made to take the fall, the whole thing smacks of BANNON getting rid of PRIEBUS. Besides that, all of DRUMPF’s flunkies are FORCED to do things by DRUMPF’s hissy fits. If PRIEBUS (an Establishment type who gives at least lip service to RULES) did it, it was 99.9% certain he did so because DRUMPF ordered him to.
As many of the national yakkers are tweeting, DRUMPF’s complaints about the LEAKS is confirmation that the contacts with the FBI did, indeed, happen. But DRUMPF’s constant wrecking of all rules and rule of law has succeeded in everybody’s just going “Ho hum.” Nothing to see here. Why this, and not everything else that has gone before?
