2. Should he? yes. will he? no.

Won't happen as long as Rs have House. Should Dems take House, its possible he could be censured for lying and abuse of power.

17. I dont think theres a legal case.

Polititians lie all the time. Since Issa wasnt under oath, he committed no crime. His only possible punishment will be political.

11. Dig Deeper...

Issa was carrying the NRA's water. They're the ones who concocted this "they're taking our guns away" hysteria ever since President Obama won election and have been stoking it ever since. This is a blatant power play by LaPerrier to shake down both politicians and members so he and the NRA can be a player this year. If wishes were ponies, there's be an investigation into Issa's links and how much he recieved (as well as other congresscritters) from the NRA to pull off this charade. A real pipe dream is that people get enlightened by the Fortune magazine article and call for restoring the assault weapons ban...the thing the NRA was getting major vapors about...

12. Of course - and Issa is one of the most political, fascist animals in DC. He needs scrutiny

in every way there is, and, especially, LEGAL SCRUTINY.
