Live: Web cam keeps an eye on puffins on remote Maine island

Two high-definition cameras are streaming live video from a remote Maine island of clown-like Atlantic puffins waddling, preening and nesting.

The National Audubon Society and explore.org have teamed up to stream video from Seal Island National Wildlife Refuge to anyone with an Internet connection.

The island, located about 20 miles offshore, has the largest puffin colony in the U.S.
