1. This is America where everything, especially government, is for sale.

The pain makes it seem new, but it's been like this for more than a few score years.

3. Puke Russet. Meanwhile I look favorably upon candidates with "low" NRA scores and I'm sure I'm not
|
the only one. The sooner all that organization is disbanded, the better. Fuck the NRA. |

Not only that, but how many of those guns have magically found their way back to grey-market U.S. dealers?? |

7. This Has Been An NRA Cash Cow...
|
Not only the "NRA Scoring" but the NRA is planning to spend big bucks (thanks Citizens United!!) on House and Senate races. Some of these votes are to try to keep from getting on that "hit list". It's CYA and in the long run means nothing. Holder will not resign until after the election and there's not enough votes for this to move in the Senate (no 60 votes) so this matter will fade into the other noise of a messy and nasty election season.
This has been an NRA tool to shake down their scared "base"...to wage the big money campaign and compete with the other SuperPac big boys they're gonna need lots of members cash to do it. F&F has been a scam from the outset to whip up gun nut hysteria during the elections; raise the usual boogieman that "Obama and Democrats are gonna take away your guns", have hate radio circulate it and wait for the money to flow in. Works every time... |

8. More Democrats need to stop worrying about how the NRA scores them
|
and worry about how people who actually vote for them score them.

10. No, this is the 'new and improved' America. Where powerful corporations and

organizations call the shots as long as their not workers' unions.
