All of the SCOTUS arguments will be examined and the law will probably be rewritten with the courts concerns taken into consideration so it will pass muster....you didn't think they are going to give up do you.....

Whatever the Supreme Court decided, you could call it a victory for the rule of law. Anything the USSC does is an exercise in the rule of law. Brewer was just itching to say the words "victory" and "rule of law", no matter what came down.
