Most lawmakers will attend Trump's coronation

Out of 535 members of congress, it seems that only about 60 or so have refused to attend Trump's inauguration. One hundred of them are Senators and 435 of them are House members.

And as of now, it seems that there are about 60 or so (all Democrats as far as I can tell) who will not attend.

We already know that politicians have no shame. All they care about is the next election. Most of them would eat a live baby, in Times Square, on live TV if they thought it would get them reelected.

So this post is really for anyone out there who gives a damn. Watch and remember what your congressperson and senators do. If they attend Trump's "coronation," vote their asses out of office the next election. And let them know why.

We always knew that America was for sale to the highest bidder, but until Trump came along, we really didn't understand that the price was so cheap.

And I'm not sure we understood exactly how many political whores inhabit the United States congress. Anyone who doesn't get it now is either a fool or a knave. (Don't bother to look it up. Put simply, a knave is a world-class dick.)

I'm not going to vote against someone who has done a good job for their state or district just because they attended the inauguration.

So according to you, Vermonters should vote Bernie out of office. Seems counterproductive if you ask me.

are dominated by republicans.

So, no, I will not be looking to replace my U.S. Democratic Senators for attending (unless there are true viable replacements).

I was happy that they spoke at the January 15th Save Health Care rally here (most DUers gave two shits about that... because Bernie).

Elijah Cummings has announced he will be attending. Based on your criteria, he should be defeated and sent packing. She how foolish that would be?
