With this Congress, being in contempt means nothing

their approval rating is 8%. The whole country is in contempt of this Congress.

I don't know if Holder did anything wrong, but the fact that Congress took this action means zero to me, and I imagine that's a widespread feeling. Take him to court, if a judge says he broke the law then ok, until then who cares.

the Harriet Meirs supreme court debacle, with the President's (first) use of executive privileges, nothing will happen to Mr. Holder. The information is protected under executive privilege, past practice suggests that the Department of Justice will not pursue a prosecution.
