Doesn't including the time they spent withholding these allegations imply that there was in fact an event 11 years and three decades ago that happened and that they should have spoken about sooner? Besides the fact that that's not a defense to libel, doesn't that punch holes in the "false and defamatory" argument?
If these claims are false and defamatory, couldn't they have been made up yesterday? Is he saying they've been waiting up to three decades to lie about Trump?
