3. You're very welcomed. Why this doesn't attract the attention it deserves can be

very frustrating. We have dozens of people here claiming to want these changes and yet they seem to be much more interested in attacking each other and excusing failures than in actually helping.

It does take a lot of effort, but it always starts with the idea.
