by joelgp Call your wife, call your kids, git yo' popcorn boys and girls because this GOP freak show is getting good. Context: in the right corner we have Grandpa McCain yelling at Romney to get off his campaign finance yard. On the other, we have Romney--hanging in the dressing-room--cowardly hiding, speechless, after after McCain said--and I quote: "corporations are (nizott) people too." Not, people...not!! Enjoy: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/06/15/1100405/-Video-Ohhhhhhhhhhhh-Smack-John-McCain-Just-Went-Off-on-Romney Oops, fixed format to show missing word.

1. Nice to see there's still a few sane neurons in that big ol' boiled potato of a head he has
|
But one thing, John; it was a Supreme court decision that ruled corporations are people under the 14th amendment. They've never overturned that ruling.

10. Nope. See: McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform Act.
|
The "Citizen's United" decision overturned that. McCain is rightfully pissed off at that.

15. Yes, he does.
|
I've also received two email responses from him. I can't guarantee they were from "him" and not a staff member, but they were worded in his manner of speech. They were both reasonable and informative responses. Doesn't mean I agree with him most of the time, but I'd bet probably 10-20% of the time. Since he lost the election, he's gone back to his old moderate ways, which is acceptable to a Democrat in Arizona. We take what we can get.

He Spoke the truth. The citizen united horeshit the Scalia court has flung at us is prime example. When China wants, it will be able to funnel cash and stack the deck in our elections in favor of whatever lackey that is power hungry enough sell themselves. It will be done with the Supreme Courts blessings

For too long the radicals have stepped in big piles and don't know how to get themselves clean. We Democrats are going to have to step up also, having Crying No Boehner and Can't Cantor bowing to the radicals and drover nonequist has brought this country down.
