Bornstein, who answered the question of whether he had written the letter. He seemed impaired, frankly. I hope he will be investigated, as he appears either too incompetent, or too lacking in basic professional ethics, to be practicing medicine.

...someone tasked with making sure he didn't make a complete fool of himself. You're right that he seemed impaired -- I thought stoned, or not all there in some other way. He was way too loosey-goosey.

American College of Gastroenterology, when he hasn't been a member of the organization in more than 20 years. He also inflated his status at Lenox Hill Hospital.
