Early breakfast with Rachel then go outside for a couple hours. When I get back
home I change Morning Joe to Bill Press. I watch a lot of CURRENT because I cannot stand Morning Joe.

4. I hate to admit, but CNN's new format isn't terrible.

It's still got Sosobad O'Brien, but at least they're trying to do real news again, mixed with a panel format. Similar to Joe, but not just politics and Obama hate. I'm by no means a convert, but it does provide an option for when Joe gets particularly puke-worthy.

7. I can't just watch only the opinions I agree with.

I like to know what the other side is thinking, too. Besides, Charter cable doesn't carry Current, and streaming radio while I lay in bed drinking coffee in the morning just isn't the same as watching douche bags like Joe. He always manages to get my blood flowing.

And LINK has a series of niche news shows, Deutsche Welle, Mosaic, etc.
