The FBI is NOT releasing transcripts of the questioning of Hillary,

or should I say inquisition

they are releasing NOTES the FBI agents took

AND....they are releasing them to SELECT congressmen, not the entire body of notes, and not to the general public!!!!!

WTF is up with that?????

where's the outrage? just another sop to the Benghazi buffoons, it sounds like.

anybody else realize this? I just heard it at the end of with all due respect, on msnbc

they said the only reason they haven't been released is because of State Dept. objections

Halperin said he can't remember these 302 notes, as he called them, EVER being released before

WTF????

dig THIS astounding story, which gets to the heart of the FBI's next round of railroading:

https://www.bostonglobe.com/opinion/2013/05/10/beware-fbi-when-not-recording/yz55UX8WMKU080pN4aP68K/story.html

Those concerned with the survival of American civil most commonly fear the federal government’s technical ability to record and store virtually all telephonic and electronic communications.liberties But a more immediate threat to liberty lies in what one particular agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, refuses to record, during the post-9/11 (and now post-Boston Marathon) “age of terror” as Robel Phillipos is now learning the hard way.

why is this a problem? and why are they doing this to Hillary? check it:

FBI agents always interview in pairs. One agent asks the questions, while the other writes up what is called a “form 302 report” based on his notes. The 302 report, which the interviewee does not normally see, becomes the official record of the exchange; any interviewee who contests its accuracy risks prosecution for lying to a federal official, a felony. And here is the key problem that throws the accuracy of all such statements and reports into doubt: FBI agents almost never electronically record their interrogations; to do so would be against written policy.

do you see what they're trying to do? Obama needs to step in an put a STOP to this, but that's not going to happen, because it will look too political. I hope state can hold out as long as possible.

this stuff can just be MADE UP by these agents. amazing. anybody come across this? I haven't seen it til today

read the whole link and have a vomit bucket next to your computer

1. Comey already confirmed notes weren't taken so they're asking for the impossible

And they damn well know it is impossible, but they don't care about facts. Don't care about facts.

5. Sources: Congress to get Hillary Clinton's FBI interview notes
Mon Aug 15, 2016, 07:31 PM
Aug 2016
The FBI does not have a complete transcript of the interview, FBI Director James Comey told Congress in long testimony earlier this summer. She was not under oath, he added. But members of Congress will have access to notes taken during the interview.

Mon Aug 15, 2016, 07:45 PM
Aug 2016

did do was write summaries, based upon their recollections!!!!

did you read the boston globe link from the OP? it talks about just how incredibly lawless this approach is

something needs to be done about this, and I'll bet Hillary will deal with it if she can fight her way through this maelstrom

EDIT: can't find the links....somebody dematerialized them....sticking to my story, just like trump

are going to be able to selectively EDIT these notes, without anyone who doesn't have them being able to see them, according to what they said on msnbc, if I followed their implications

they can twist her testimony, which, apparently was unrecorded, therefore unverifiable, to fit their needs

this needs to be adjudicated in court.

Obama, justice department, are you listening?

everybody needs to read the link in the OP, so you can see just HOW amazingly fascistic the FBI rules about these 302s are. can't believe this.....

6. this is truly outrageous

these 302s are only summaries, and apparently not even based on NOTES!!!! looky here:

Some former Justice Department officials said the FBI should not be opening its files to members of Congress.

"The Justice Department would be right to be concerned about the effect that disclosure will have in the future on people being candid with investigators," said former Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs Ron Weich, now dean at the University of Baltimore Law School. "It's important that the FBI and Justice Department be able to gather evidence and deliberate about potential culpability without fearing that material will be viewed by the public ... Congress needs to stay out of law enforcement. Their job is to pass laws and the executive branch's job is to carry them out. For me, this is very straightforward."

Justice Department prosecutors' statements and thoughts about the Clinton probe could be among the requested FBI materials, since prosecutors were present at the interview with Clinton and asked questions, and court records indicate prosecutors interacted with Justice's National Security Division as the probe progressed.

"Really, the Hill wants to second-guess the investigation. Congress wants to put on their Sherlock Holmes hats and decide whether Hillary Clinton should've been indicted," Weich added.

no, I was wrong....this is BEYOND outrageous. why is the FBI so gung ho on releasing this stuff? remember, Comey was one of the LEAD investigators during Whitewater. what in holy HELL was Obama thinking when he let this jagoff stay on as FBI director?

remember how well it worked out when that Opus Dei creep did the same thing?

8. they're discussing this exact topic on cnn, in just the way I presented it!

the dem surrogate is demanding that ALL notes be released, because the maniacs in congress will edit them for their own benefit, and the monster boris epshteyn, who's taken over for Katrina Pearson as by FAR the most obnoxious trumpspinner (and NEVER shuts his marblemotormouth) doesn't like that idea much, just as he tried to deflect the request of the dem surrogate for trump to reveal his tax returns.

erin burnett, btw, kept shutting off the dems to allow talking points rife filibuster by the aforementioned epshteyn

anybody see that?

the only good thing about this is that every single fbi agent involved agreed that there was no there there, hence the lack of indictment

and, if you care, here's another excellent link, explaining why this is such a rotten deal, while presenting both sides of the issue

handed down from my grandmother. Do you think Trump needs a copy given that he is trying to make Russia great again? Subversive food is a way to start.

I have some notes from the RNC. Should I send them to the FBI? Gowdy?
