I'm about as staunch an atheist as you're likely to find.

But this:

made me want to go to church. I would eat a plate of fire for this guy and ask for seconds. This is a person living his faith, walking the walk, and making others want to walk with him. Preach it, Rev. Barber.

NC, you have a gem. Please take care of this wonderful man.

In our country, even if they can't be a part of other countries. Sometimes it's a personality thing, but many of us have to continually work on not judging others. For others, it comes more easily. Most of us want to reflect our faith by doing good towards others.

but your brothers and sisters so often get overshadowed by the more vocal televangelist crowd and the Tea Bagger crowd it is easy to forget sometimes.

Keep up the good work. I'm not big on religion, but that speaker was pretty amazing.

My guess is that they want money and validation. They have no humility like Christ or Ghandi, etc.
