over an email that two employees exchanged concerning a very stupid talking point that was never adopted.

After all, reasonable people did not demand the person in charge's head on a plate when two employees stupidly stole data.

Baptist 'peeps' with Bernie's faith. This is reprehensible, and he felt free to share his intentions openly. Southern Baptists also hold bigotry against LGBT so I have to assume he'd exploit a person's LGBT identity to damage such a candidate with his 'peeps' in various anti gay Churches. This is very much not what this Party should be about.
Would it be alright with you, OP, if some staffers were planning on using race against a candidate by going to their 'peeps' in some Aryan Church? Of it is just atheists and Jews and LGBT that are bait worthy in this Party's eyes? I doubt you will answer that question but that email and the fact that Brad was so casual and even gleeful about such despicable tactics suggests DWS has been running a pernicious shop, just as her critics have been saying. 'Hey, I have some bigot friends who will go after this guy' is a shitty, shitty thing to read out of a Democrat.

This Party should not be open only to candidates approved by Southern Baptist friends of the Party. Fuck that act of revolting privilege.

I didn't think so.

And before you try to tell me that this situation is somehow different, let me save you the trouble. It is different. What the data thieves did was much, much worse. It wasn't a thought crime. It was an actual crime.

Getting fired for a thought crime that two of your employees committed is a punishment reserved exclusively for uppity women.
