High among Carson's crazy statements was...

"So are we willing to elect someone as president who has as their role model somebody who acknowledges Lucifer?"

Uhh, Doc, Lucifer is a creature of YOUR holy book and it is there that he is most acknowledged.

one would think that just about everyone of Judeo-Christian (and even, the Muslim) faith acknowledge Lucifer ... and more, just about all religious traditions (that I can think of) acknowledge the personification of evil, though they may called it by different names.

Unfortunately he did it once or twice or thrice too often, leaving a somewhat hollow cranium.
